Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, subscriptions, and services offered by Unaverages.com.

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Because we provide instant access to digital content, all purchases are considered final once the transaction is completed.

Therefore:

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Digital subscriptions

  • Membership access

  • Downloadable content

  • Educational materials

  • Guides, articles, or any digital product

This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Czech implementation: Civil Code §1829 and §2389a), which states that the right to withdraw does not apply after delivery of digital content the consumer has agreed to receive immediately.

2. Exceptions

A refund may be issued only in the following situations:

2.1 Technical Problems

If you purchased a subscription but cannot access the content due to a technical issue on our side, and we cannot resolve it, you are eligible for a refund.

2.2 Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally made duplicate payments, we will refund the duplicated amount.

2.3 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately.

3. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on your plan.

You can cancel future renewals at any time by:

  • Managing your account settings, or

  • Contacting us at [your email]

When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund for past payments.

4. How to Request Support or a Refund Exception

To inquire about a possible exception under Section 2, contact us at:

We respond within 48 hours.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.
